I'm interested in your intimidation at the one-on-one interview. I've never had anything else except possibly a phone call at a preliminary stage.
One and DONE interview. As in I might only have....60 to 90 minutes at best to interview with a company before they decide to extend an offer.

In fact this is not a one-on-one, this is a panel interview. With 4 people at the very least interviewing me. I just got let go from my first job out of college after lasting only 3 weeks, and I feel really pressured to make sure that it is not I who am a good fit for you, but are you a good fit for me? Is this REALLY the job for me?
