UA617 ORD-SNA last night. flight was changed to a a319 (orig a320). Y was over by 4. got the email earlier in the day to call. they said overnight and $100. i laughed and said no. got to the gate, F was over by two because of the downgrade in equip. got $400, moved to ORD-LAX leaving at same time, and scored a $10 meal voucher. need to swing by SNA after work to get my bag.
