Yes, LH seats reflected on LH flights on the LH website should be accurate. It wouldn't hurt to double check them again as your flight gets closer in case of equipment swaps, IT hiccups, or whatever. As an FYI, they don't like to assign intra-European seats ahead of check in for me, although I have occasionally heard of others succeeding.
