It was bad enough when it warbled Continental's hold music - that oddball drumbeat - but with Rhapsody it really sounds like a reel-to-reel player with a variable-speed motor.
Listening to those sweet dulcimer tones now... approaching an hour on hold getting a ticket reissued for a change I made online... nevermind, they'll call me back when (if?) it's done
