The worst part if you ask me is still the hold music. It "warbles" Rhapsody in Blue.

It was bad enough when it warbled Continental's hold music - that oddball drumbeat (which I kinda miss - but with Rhapsody it really sounds like a reel-to-reel player with a variable-speed motor.
