People had similar issues with the promo points crediting on the 10x bonus last year.
General advice is to bash Lloyds repeatedly until you get what you want. Failing that a simple SCC claim for the cost of 30k Avios should get it sorted rather quickly.
I followed this missing 30k voucher up with LTSB. They claimed it was an Avios promotion, and only Avios could therefore make the decision whether or not to award the voucher.
So, I followed it up with Avios, giving details of my spend for the first 3 statements being well above > £500. Avios have now just decided they won't award the voucher as I previously had an LTSB Airmiles card in 2008 (with a 1500 sign up bonus). That card was closed long ago and I had actually completely forgotten about it. Never thought I wouldn't be eligible for the Avios bonus some 5 years later.
It may have gone through automatically if I hadnt got my 3rd month spend wrong (according to their calendar), but I guess there's nothing I can do now.
