I must defend RJ:
No connection with the airline, but based in Amman, and thus they are my company carrier of choice.
No real complaints, after 10 sectors this year, between Amman / London and Dubai. No long haul.
Good news is all trips in ECO, and always had a row to myself. Cabin service good, food reasonable, drinks good, as well as the nice new terminal.
The web site is a different matter........ almost impossible to" manage flight ". and more...
