It has been almost two years since I've stayed at a HS property (HS IAD in Herndon, VA), but I recall them serving lasanga, breadsticks, salad, cookies, and the usual nachos with beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The evening offerings are better at HS versus the Residence Inn properties with Marriott. Hilton does a better job with the limited service properties than Marriott.

I had tried a Residence Inn to see how it compare to HS, it was a total disappointing experience regarding what they serve for dinner. Chips and salsa, nachos, that's it. For HS, once I had chicken marsala, and the other time I had sirloin beef. It is much more filling and more like dinners compare with what Residence Inn serve like a snack.
For non-alcoholic drinks in HS dinner is usually lemonade or ice tea, no sodas.

There are usually five different meals a week so that every Monday has the same thing. It's nothing special, I would treat it more of a snack than a dinner.
Compare with Residence Inn serve, HS definately serve like a dinner.
