Every time I've purchased a ticket at an office they've tacked on an additional charge. It's a token fee of 50 THB or something similar but there was definitely a fee.

I've used 5 or 6 different CCs to purchase TG tix including the one you mention and have never encountered this problem.

Within the booking process you'll find a box at the bottom of the page with the message to 'choose seats and meals on the next page' or something to this effect. Check the box and you'll see seats on the next page.
