You are quite right; they are beautiful, and have been very tastefully decorated in classic Carlton style, but with an extra touch of luxury/quality to the finish. And Bvlgari toiletries too, if I remember correctly. Wife was very happy! ^
Had Hermes. I love the large outdoor patio. The decoration is very modern and love it. The only problem was that we didn't understand how the lighting works and the room temperature was either too cold or too hot (seems that we need a PhD in some hotel to use the lights...).
There are some minor maintenance problems, the soap holder is not well fixed to the wall, the window is a little hard to close, few of the switchs are moving a little. I only had the room of the suite (so no LR). I paid for a classic room so a nice virtuoso upgrade. (No status otherwise). May I ask you how did you end up in these suites ? An upgrade or a regular booking ?.
