I am seeking extended stay options in Central/West Los Angeles as I need to travel back and forth between my home in the northeast and Southern California.

Oakwood is not an option as I will be staying less than 30 days. I'm looking at 1-2 weeks at a time, every 2-3 weeks or so.

I need a quiet place where I can rise early and work in the residence during the day but also easy highway access for meetings throughout Southern California.

I would also like to be near hiking trails in the morning and have access to live music venues in the evenings (Largo, Mint, etc.)

Nearby healthy food options is important. I don't want to cook inside much but prefer hot buffet/salad bar options like Whole Foods or even Ralph's
