I usually do tip 0 if the driver dosen't behave properly (i.e.: talking on the cell while they drive, driving fast and uncomfortable, etc..)
5 dollars (or equivalent) if they behave just as expected.
10 dollars (or equivalent) if they really make me feel comfortable
