It's not on your list, and I've never been there. but I bet Hokkaido has the most pleasant weather at that time of year.

I did go to Fukuoka last year for the first time and I liked it. Kumamoto city didn't seem that interesting to me, but I enjoyed renting a car and going to Mt Aso. There's also a lot of onsen there.
