1. The service in the Blue Duck Tavern for dinner was noticeably poor. The girl we had was very nice, but kept forgetting things and spending most of her time at other tables. It felt like they were understaffed, even though there were servers everywhere. Just not a service oriented place in my admittedly brief experience.
I made similar observations during my last stay. Hopefully, this is only a temporary phenomenon. They lost at least 3 of their F&B managers recently (one quit abruptly, one left for a new Andaz, another was promoted to a different department) and the lounge is now under the supervision of BDT management.
