Actually i really cant be bothered re the miles ; 750 is not exactly worth anything much! It just demonstrates the complete mess that this is.
Presumably the KLM website has not yet been updated to recognise or account for these new "mini" fares - the old rule that all AF fares earn something is sadly no longer the case.
Others have explained above why your TA ended up booking a mini fare - they show up by default in the GDS with no reference that these are any different from the "Classic" fare.
I know it shouldn't be up to you, but you should have a word with your TA to let them know about the issue and to avoid Mini fares in future. (Or book with another airline).
It's almost as if AF had deliberately set out to introduce this change in the way that would most upset customers and damage their own business.
