Just because the seats aren't occupied doesn't mean F hasn't sold. Seat maps are poor indicators of availability.

If there is space available for all other medallions to be upgraded, you might get a nice GA to let you upgrade both companions, but the rules provide for one only. YMMV, sacrifice a Biscoff to appease the GA gods.
