I flew JFK - IST in business on April 27th. I found the La-Z-Boy seat to be quite comfortable (I'm 6'2", 225), as did my new bride. We were able to get a decent 4 hours of sleep, the service was superb, and I actually find that I appreciate the open feel of a cabin that isn't a bunch of cubicles.

I rarely fly international business class, so my expectations probably aren't in line with the average FTer, but I was quite happy with the product and the experience.
