My wife is a permanent wheelchair user and we recently completed our fourth round trip with BA over a period of three years to the US.
We really need a pair of seats so had previously used American and United but I discovered what we needed at the back of a 747 so off we went.

The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute joy and I continually find myself not having to ask any questions - just answer them.
They have even managed to store her chair on the plane each time and quickly bring it to her once the passengers are off.

The cabin crew have been highly professional and good company too. A trip to the toilet using the aisle chair is treated as a good humoured adventure rather than a chore and on one memorable occasion we were treated to a glass of champagne after a lengthy trip to the CW facility which is larger! Being the last off, we frequently meet the flight crew and last year the Captain insisted on pushing my wife up a slope!

They have been an integral part of our vacations and no praise is too high!
