In economy you get 3 "units" of alcohol. This could be 3 beers, or 1 wine and 2 spirits, or 2 wine and 1 beer and so on. You need to order all this with your meal. I guess you could try claming you only had one "unit" with the meal and get something more later, but I haven't tried that. Too scared of authority...
