I closed the one (BOA) and didn't ask for a prorated annual fee from the late March billed fee, but I waited 2 days and the online account still shows it as due. Can I call in and get a partial pro-rate on this or is it hopeless?

I called to close the BOH one and they said they can close it, but they would not be able to provide any refund.

I guess I'm out of luck? Apparently the gal told me the moment its billed its too late, although I'm clearly past the due date on the statement in which it was billed. Auto-pay did a minimum payment on it, but I wasn't paying attention.
