SFO-OGG, 7/30 depart - 8/8 return

SFO-LAX-OGG-SFO. UA452/UA1176/UA1728. UA.com finds it every time; CUR can't find it at all.

And if anyone has suggestions on how to maximize mileage even more on the way over (in other words on the SFO-OGG itinerary), I'm all for that. I'm looking for incremental costs of about 4.5 cpm for the extra miles or less (routing through LAX gets me 648 more miles at a net cost of $11, or about 1.7 cpm). Haven't found a way to route via DEN, ORD, IAH, or EWR without paying so much for the miles that it isn't worth it; might as well just book another mileage run.
