DL's folks on the front line are truly first rate.
I once left my Bose headset in the seat pocket (fortunately, with a copy of my business card inside).
Luckily, I had a long layover and was still in the airport when a DL rep called me.
It is service like this that keeps me with the airline in spite of butt-headed management.
I just wish we received more recognition award coupons in our annual Medallion packs.
I'd buy more, if they let us. (Hear that sound... it is bean counters scurrying around, building spreadsheets, and trying to work out JWDM... Job Well Done Monetization
