Give me a break. Some random guy complains and that's what is shutting down this whole program? Unlikely at best. They threw that guy 5k in miles and sent some form letter. A CS rep didn't even read his letter.
Hopefully AA and the animal shelter can workout what the real issue is to keep the program going. Maybe 1-2 dogs per flight. Not 10 on one and zero on the next.
