I keep forgetting to cancel mine. The annual fee is going up this year by $10 and they justify it by telling me about all the benefits they've added (additional checked baggage, priority boarding, inflight purchase discounts) which would be great if I weren't an elite tier member who flies primarily on paid first class tickets. Anyone else have luck arguing any of this with them?
