There are dozens, if not hundreds of products on the market that do that. Some are adjustable from 1 to 80 feet, some only one part beeps, some both parts beep. Some you press a button and your bag will beep so that it doesn't go off accidentally (so you can find your bag in the sea of bags in a cruise ship)
Don't just look for luggage alarms, look for separation alarms meant for kids or pets.
