There is a night club on top floor on the weekends. I had a Suite booked on top floor and my room was shaking until 2am. It was a bit insane. It seems that lower floor rooms do not have a problem. But I ended up being sent over to the St. Regis on Saturday night (my last night). The hotel handled it real well. And I applaud them for giving a warning to guests.
