QF is presenting the QF+EK flights when searching.
However, if you select "View Alternatives", you'll see the other Oneworld flights. I was able to select QF+BA to go SYD-AMS, even though qantas.com first suggested only QF+EK. Try it out.
Try and buy it. I was on the phone with QF for quite a while on different days with different agents and supervisors. I was amazed and upset that they could not put me on a BA flight from HKG to LHR which I have done many times in the past. They said that those routes have simply been pulled from their system and the only choice I have now is to route through DXB and continue with EK. Even if booking first class, it doesn't matter. Maybe the web shows them and perhaps when you try to buy you get the error. I don't know.
