Now it's just not that different and I'm not getting much out of the FFP so I may as well just fly whoever is the cheapest and most convenient, and that's exactly what I'm doing. Great job driving every loyal traveler away again! I'll also be canceling my DL Amex as well. Whoever is making choices for your loyalty program needs to go back to school and learn how to keep loyal patrons - because they missed that class.
