Ultimate Rewards can't find certain itineraries

I'm trying to book an itinerary on Chase Ultimate Rewards, but it can't find the itinerary I want. For some reason, it always easily shows up on united.com (it's a one stop flight from origin to destination, and a nonstop flight back).

It's not the cheapest, but I want to do it to maximize United PQM earnings, while still staying on the same flight with my family/friends on the way back. But Chase Ultimate Rewards will only let me book a direct flight over and direct flight back, or direct flight over and one or more stops on the way back. There seems to be no way to get the tool to cough up the exact itinerary I want.

What should I do? Call Loyalty Travel Agency? (the travel agency that books through CUR) Call Chase? Does Chase even have control over what Loyalty Travel Agency does?
