I am trying to get details on the Personal Assistant Program which started in January on LH for first class passengers. I will be flying in F out of ORD 18/06. I am making a connection in ORD from YYZ to catch the late flight.

Can I expect to be met from my feeder flight on AC and directed to the lounge? I am precleared in YYZ for US arrival so I don't have to check in. I do have a 9 hour layover though.

I arrive in FRA and depart for VIE 4 hours later so I was going to head into the FCT before my connecting flight. Do they provide the limo service to the LH flight to VIE?

Anyone have any info?
