I'm lucky enough to have my 20th Wedding anniversary this year and some relatives in Cambridgeshire who will have our kids for the night. We could either head into London for the night, or maybe stay in Cambridgeshire. Looking at a weekday in August.

Any suggestions for a nice hotel, maybe with a spa? Either London or Country.

We don't need haute cuisine as, unlike me, Mrs MAN Pax is happier with a curry than 3* food, though if staying out of town would need somewhere nice to eat.

Staying in town, thinking of a boutique/funky place like Malmaison.
