Huh. Same here. If I have a long flight ahead of me and I'm feeling ill or have a headache or whatever then it's McD's before the flight. Feel ill for at least an hour afterwards, but oh, the saturated fat.... does wonders for a headache at 30,000 feet.
Can't stand the stuff otherwise.
