Maybe you should draw your experience to their attention. Because they tell you on their website that it is approved by the US authorities and the UK ones, they are very hot on sorting out any refusals.

Thanks for the info Littlegirl. I did not think to report the T3 refusal to Securitywashbag, as I did not know the bag had been approved by the DFT. I will do so now. ^
Even if I no longer use the bag, others may benefit.
