Am picking an itinerary to fly from Boston to Eastern Europe - have an option to fly Delta all the way through their new T4 terminal in JFK, have an hour between the flights. Have never been to T4 before - new or old. Will I be able to stay on the airside while connecting (domestic flight arrives into T4)? Also, in the US there is no difference between a departing domestic gate and a departing international gate from a security standpoint. Not just DL or JFK, but anywhere.
D41 can have an international flight while D40 can be a domestic flight with no barriers between the two. This is because we don't have immigration checks on the exit
