I had a suite there at the GH, I was underwhelmed to say the least. It was my only stay and I will probably never go back as I love the PHT where great service is the philosophy of everyone and everything.
I pay the daily rate +6k points for suite upgrade.
I don't really care about the lounge. I go in to talk with the concierge or for a few drinks. If I eat breakfast it's room service.
The Peninsula is my current favorite in Tokyo, but none of the hotels in this city wows me. GH has the best location in town for my purposes, and for the most part very good F&B. I am a regular at several of its restaurants and bars even when not staying at the hotel.
