The Muji one is much stronger and seals up properly. The T3 security agents have pounced on it with glee, only to be disappointed to find it has a proper ziplock seal

I once had a problem at the Crew Report security and I sent the Securitywashbag.com an email. They wrote back to me saying they had contacted Security at T5 and that Security there now understand that this bag has been passed by the DfT. and since then I never have had a problem.
Maybe you should draw your experience to their attention. Because they tell you on their website that it is approved by the US authorities and the UK ones, they are very hot on sorting out any refusals.
