Yes! It gives me the option to select the 1 stop but as the booking progresses, the site indicates "flight no longer available" for several dates.

Thank you. Was hoping to avoid the two stops but it might be the best option. For some reason, JAL flights from NRT-MNL are way pricier than competition - ANA, Philippine Air, Delta and discount carriers like JetStar.
There is no OW connection from ICN either. I wonder if DFW - HKG is on the horizon in the not so distant future. That could be a good 1 stop connection to MNL. Per webflyer, DFW-BNE is 8300 mi and DFW-HKG is 8100.
