I will fly to SFO in Eco Extra this weekend. I heard that in Economy, you have to order all your drinks for the whole flight the first time the cart tomes by. What is the situation for free drinks (both with and without alcohol) in intercontinental economy extra? I really want to avoid paying for a coke on such an expensive ticket :-)
