Thanks everyone. I sent an email to DL customer care and will see how they respond. One more question for GUWonder and DCBob or anyone with Small Claims Court experience: my purchase receipt is nowhere to find.. if I end up going that route (which I really don't want considering the time commitment and hassle), how can I show the value of my bag?
