Unfortunately there's no Lufthansa Lounge which allows paid access and the only lounge in T1 which she can pay to enter is landside.
If you want to use the big play area in Terminal 2, you have to clear Passport Control twice - which is usually not a problem. Germans get nervous if they have to wait 5 Minutes!
