When you submit a review there's an option for you to submit a link to your review on Twitter. Not many have done this so far but it's a good way of spreading awareness of the site on Twitter (which BA monitor).
Should the site have it's own twitter account? (@baloungefood appears available.) Perhaps tweet daily - e.g. new reviews, your blog posts, link to FT, etc. - and cc @british_airways each time?
