I had some LAN flights between BOG and CTG in January. I experienced the same issues. Status showed as Ruby. Couldn't be bothered complaining due to the fact it was just a one off hop to Cartagena and they had no lounges anyway and I didn't need the TPs.

It would annoy me if I used LAN on a regular basis though.
