Yes it is oddly shaped by as it has dual voltage and doesn't weigh a terrible amount, I am grateful to have it along on trips of more than a couple days.
I do need it!
I don't carry a lap top and seldom even an iPad but live on my iPhone and Kindle Paperwhite.
I'm a small woman. I borrowed a work pal's AirBoss a few years ago for a trip and felt like a bag with legs walking through airports.
I now travel with a Red Oxx SunChaser and either a Red Oxx Gator bag or a Red Oxx Rock Hopper bag. My shoes are small, my clothes are small & I have my TSA baggie down to a fine art. Jim up at Red Oxx suggested the Sun Chaser and it really works for me.
I agree about the sample size packages of products when you can get them. I have some hotels where I make repeat visits trained to hand me toothpaste and etc at check in. I love Japan where a complete set of needed stuff is always in every hotel room.
Im a medium-Large guy 5'8 200 and pretty athletic and the airboss is big on me.
The Red Oxx trio you mention is a damm fine setup.
You cant get the waterpick in there somewhere?
Yeah- Japan astounding level of professionalism and standard equipment at the hotels there.
I just spent 5 nights at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and it was an extremely pleasant experience.
That society doesn't put up with BS and everything is quite clean compared to other cities of similar density.
We had our own corporate function as well as attended the NHK - "8K" open house. US/Euro/ China/ India - just delivered our first 4K recorders this year.
Very high level of broadcasting tech.
