I don't know what it was called, but a place in the lower ground floor of the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney did the greatest egg-and-bacon rolls in the world. And now it's gone.
Two poached eggs, poached just right so they're still a bit runny in the yolk, a crapload of bacon (Australian bacon, not the crispy-ends-only American bacon), and a crusty French roll. Best four-dollar breakfast in the world.
