Poor Enterprise Experience at SFO Airport

I used to like Enterprise but this recent rental left a poor taste in my mouth. I rented a "luxury" and was presented with a Merc 250 (after a long wait in line)

Car was 9300 miles overdue for its service as well as that silly tire pressure warning constantly coming up everytime you started the car.

I know some of you would suggest that I change the car upon pick up, but I just couldnt be bothered and my own feelings are that more care and attention to detail be taken by Enterprise to ensure these warning lights are taken care of. Many drivers can be intimidated by warning lights.

In addition, I dropped the vehicle back to the city office, but the agent was very unhelpful. Advised me that he was not connected to the SFO computer system and therefore could not tell me the amount owed, how much the fuel charge would be or if there would be a drop charge - which he assured me there wouldnt be.

I called Enterprise today and spoke to the airport. An unhelpful agent told me that they change the oil regularly so there was no need to worry about the warning light on the dash. No apology was offered - just a complaint from her that she didnt have my credit card on file and how was she going to bill me for the rental. In the end she relucantly gave me her email address so I could write in and complain about the experience.

I have no idea still what the total charge was/is. I also have another Enterprise rental for the end of this week, which I may now cancel due to this below average experience.
