They're now showing up on marriott.com (I searched with Tustin as the city), but only for September, not August, arrivals. I don't know whether that means the opening date is pushed back for certain, or if they're just not absolutely sure yet, and so want to err on the side of caution (given that they are offering "advance purchase" rates right away!).

For now, the rates are higher than even the Hampton and Holiday Inn one exit down (though perhaps inline with the SpringHill two exits down). I'm wondering if that'll stick? Can you price a Fairfield Inn as if it's an Embassy Suites??? (I have no prior experience with how pricing evolves as a new Marriott property opens.)
