I have recently booked a 2for1 stay in Radisson Olumpia in Tallinn and according to the Hotel Facilities
listed on the property website, there is a free breakfast. Does it mean that this hotel guarantee breakfast being served for all customers not depending on the room, rate and loyalty status? If so, how common is that feature in Carlson chain properties?
