Hi,

I would phone BA asap as when I had a 3 hour delay to my LAS-LHR flight in November, check in remained open until 1 hour prior to the new departure time ( ie check in closing at 2230 rather than 1930).

If i phoned earlier BA might have rerouted me ( maybe due to status) via LAX as I only phoned to enquire about check in times at 6pm

I got advised of the delay via a message on my ( UK) mobile whilst in LAS
