Or former east coasters. Only a few spots in DFW, but you can bet I seek them out to get some coffee and a pound or two to go. Actually moving in a few weeks. DD about 2 miles down the road. Whether or not we are moving for the DD is an ongoing discussion between the wife and I.

Their donuts used to be good when made on location. Then sometime in the mid-90s (? - little fuzzy), they started being made at larger bakeries and shipped in. Quite a change, and unfortunately the quality suffered. Haven't had a DD donut in probably 10 years. They do have some delicious, waist-increasing breakfast sandwiches though.
