Just about anything would be better than most of what I've seen lately.

It seems like the GA either don't really explain what the boarding process will be, or if they do, they mumble it, or don't do it in both languages for international flights. It's a massive free-for-all, and then they when they do try to enforce and turn away the Zone 1-2-3 who try to board with FC or Sky and they clog it up even worse.
